the archive by i57

a file server for the irish music community and friends.

the main purpose of this server is to work as an archive for rare / hard-to-find / broadly unavailable Irish music. the sort of stuff that disappears from streaming platforms / online stores or doesn't appear to be making anyone any money anywhere online. it is also used to store some bootleg recordings and other ephemera from the irish scene; think DJ sets, radio shows, etc.

i57 is just some guy. email him
hi @ i57.org
to offer your wares or
stop @ i57.org
to demand takedown of any copyrighted work you own that might be part of this archive. this project takes the wishes of artists seriously while aiming to provide a home for stuff that might need it.

spread the word. you will not find this on search engines.

storage is limited - if you've got fancy WAVs they might be best uploaded somewhere else!

if you would like to contribute files here, also consider the internet archive

if you have a password, log in! once you're logged in, file uploads are as simple as navigating to a folder and drag-and-dropping stuff into the browser - the software is really solid at handling that use case :)

this server is partnered with
important!
to provide infrastructure and hosting.

if you're submitting files for
important!
you're looking for the /impo folder! ask a friend for the password

this server is powered by copyparty. open source software is a blessing.
